The element of Line
1. How does the author define "line"????
Lines are every where.Lines can and are used to crate words,symbols, and numbers. Lines are also an element of art, which crates a path with a moving point thought space.
2. What is required to make line? (This must be pretty important if
it is so closely linked to line!!)
A line needs width and length.The width is usually smaller than the length. A line can also have dimension.
A line requires movement.

3. What is "dimension"???
Dimension is the amount of space in one direction an object takes up. Two dimensional mean an object has height as well as width. Three dimensional means the object has height, width, and depth.
4. List many ways that artists create line.
Artists can make lines in many different way. Artists can simply use a pencil and a piece of paper or scratched into clay.
5. Define an "outline" and an "implied" line.
Outline is a line crated to to show the outer edges around a shape or an object.
Implied line are crated to catch the viewer attention and automatically connect to that point.
